inside knowledge of your organization’s greatest
strengths and weaknesses, and yet their knowledge is

Employee Opinion survey at your organization.
We’ll begin by administering a 72-question
confidential, standard questionnaire to all
employees. We will collect and tabulate the data,
then present you with a written report that compares
our responses with normative data from across the
country. You won’t be left guessing if your
responses warrant immediate action or are less
pressing. We’ll provide you with the statistics
that will make clear areas of concern and help you
to effectively design a plan of action.
